Shipping policy

Shipping costs will be calculated by the delivery services utilized for your purchase, your items will be packaged safely and efficiently in order to get you the best shipping cost possible.  In the event of shipping delays on behalf of the delivery or courier service, Raw Oats cannot be held responsible for these delays as they are out of our control.  We understand that these are frustrating and will be happy to file a claim in this event on behalf of your order.

** If your order contains soap there may be a longer processing time as soap has a curing time, if the soap(s) you order are in stock, they will ship out more quickly. We appreciate your patience in the matter and hope you enjoy your order once it is received!
